BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council
will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 2020
at 7:00 PM, or as soon
thereafter as possible, which will take place remotely, to consider the
following matter:
Proposed resolution of the Bellingham
City Council providing for the City to partially relinquish, pursuant to RCW
35.94.040, a general utility easement retained in Ordinance 6848, which is
located within a vacated alley in Block 248 of the Plat the Supplemental Map of
the Town of Whatcom, more specifically adjacent to Lots 10 and 11, commonly
known as 2620 “G” Street, Bellingham, Washington, APN: 380319 239108 0000, on the grounds that said portion of the
easement is surplus to the City's needs and is not required for providing
continued public utility services.

included in the agenda packet. Comment received after that will be distributed
to Council, but not included in the published packet. Anyone
wishing to testify live during the public hearing can do so by joining the
remote meeting at the following link: https://www.cob.org/ccph.
This link can be used before the meeting to preregister or during the meeting
to register and immediately join the meeting to testify. Pre-registration is
encouraged.
